New Artist Registration
We are looking forward to your upcoming exhibition and appearance at the 7th Annual Art & Soul: Of The African American Woman on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at the Edgewood Country Club, 100 Churchill Rd, Pittsburgh Pa 15235, from 2pm - 5pm. This page includes important information regarding the exhibition to answer some questions you may have regarding the experience. Day of Event
We ask that all artwork be set up by 1:00 pm, in time for a 2 pm event start time. You can arrive earlier, if time is needed as early as 8 am. Please note we are not responsible for any items left unattended.
All artwork will need to be removed immediately after the event. Artists are responsible for taking down, packing, and removing all artwork. It is important that you make every effort to pick up (or have someone else pick up for you) on the date and time listed. However, if your work cannot be picked up as scheduled, please let us know well in advance so that we may make other arrangements.

Presentation of Artwork
It is T.H.A.W.’s goal to present high-quality work in a professional and esthetically pleasing manner. Artwork can not be hung on the wall, so please make sure, if applicable, to showcase your art on easels. Each piece should have the work’s title and artist’s name. There is no fee for participating and no compensation provided. All sales are done by the artist.

Exhibition/ Promotion
Artist Spotlight will be promoted on our website, in our program booklet, multiple social media sites and through other venues. If you have not done so, please email a current one paragraph bio written in third person, and a half-page (max) artist statement with information about your work, medium, and philosophy, 2-3 high resolution images (1-3 MB in .jpg format) of work which will be exhibited, and your headshot to: lamont@montinadesign.com

Work must be presented in a manner suitable for gallery display. Paintings, photography, etc., must be showcased on easels
